What This Is

Coaching that puts you in the room with your coach.

Most coaching happens at a distance. You get your plan, you follow it, and you check in once a week. That works. But sometimes, what moves the needle most is having your coach physically present while you train.

Jeremy offers a limited number of 1:1 in person training sessions for clients who want that direct level of support. These sessions are currently available in Port Alberni, Parksville, and Qualicum Beach, BC, and are intentionally kept small in volume so that every session gets the full weight of his attention.

Whether you are brand new and want to learn with someone beside you, or you are already in an online program and want to layer in some hands-on guidance, this is the option for that. Online coaching is available to anyone regardless of location.
